If Jesus is the son of GOD,then who is GOD?

A very intelligent and thoughtful question.

Jesus said ,"I am son of God"

Then, "who is his father(GOD)"

 And 

"Where does He lives?"

I Do not know the exact details in the holy BIBLE.

But as far as holy Srimad Bhagavad Gita is concerned it is very clearly establish:

Who is the Supreme Father(GOD)? : Bhagavad Gita 14.4

sarva-yoniṣu kaunteya
mūrtayaḥ sambhavanti yāḥ
tāsāṁ brahma mahad yonir
ahaṁ bīja-pradaḥ
pitā

Translation

It should be understood that all species of life, O son of Kuntī, are made possible by birth in this material nature, and that I am the seed-giving father.

AND

KINGDOM of GOD : Bhagavad Gita:15.6

na tad bhäsayate süryo

na çaçäìko na pävakaù

yad gatvä na nivartante

tad dhäma paramaà mama

Translation:

That supreme abode of Mine is not illumined by the sun or moon, nor by fire or electricity. Those who reach it never return to this material world.

From the above Authoritative statements of Srimad bhagavad Gita it is VERY clear that Lord Sri Krishna is the Supreme father of all the living entities ,lives in His spiritual abode which is full of bliss,knowledge and eternity... and whoever once reach there will never return to this temporary and  miserable material world.

It is BIASED to think that there are many GODS and therefore KRISHNA is also one among them as GOD for HINDUS or INDIANS.

We have a very practical example of oneSUN which belongs to all and distributes his energy equally, without any discrimination by cast,creed,gender,country,religion etc etc., but is addressed or known by different names.

Similarly the Supreme father or the GOD is ONE without a second, but according to time , place,people,language and circumstances He is known or addressed differently.

Therefore The Supreme Father of all living entities is Lord Sri Krishna.
